What Is a Kart Helmet Sticker Kit?
A complete helmet graphics kit, which consists of several custom-tailored stickers. Sticked on, the kart helmet looks like professionally painted – only much cheaper. In the configurator, you can put together colors, patterns, name, starting number and sponsor logos yourself.
Why only 99 € instead of several hundred euros?
Because once we create the design as a template and you adjust it yourself in the configurator. Printing and shipping are organized extremely efficiently. You save the workshop time of a helmet painter – but get the same look.
Does a sticker kit really look like a livery?
Yes. Our helmet sticker kits are precisely tailored to the respective helmet shell – transitions between the individual stickers are hardly visible from 1–2 m away. In combination with protective laminate, a closed, smooth surface is produced, which is in no way inferior to a professional lacquering.
What can I adjust in the configurator?
Main colour, accent colours, patterns (e.g. B. Factory, Carbon, Camo, Race, Flames, Minimal), own name, starting number, sponsor logos (upload), national flag and foil type (standard or hologram).
How much does the hologram film cost?
The hologram premium upgrade costs from 129 €. Depending on the light incidence, the foil casts a rainbow effect – on the track and in the paddock the absolute eye-catcher.
On which kart helmets does the kit fit?
We offer customized templates for all major brands: Bell (RS7-K, KC 7 -CMR, HP 7), Arai (GP-J 3, CK-6, SK-6), Stilo (ST 5, ST 5 CM R), Sparco, OMP, Bieffe, Stand 21, Zamp, Roux, KYT and LS 2. Special models on request.
Does the sticker last during hard kart racing?
Yes. We use kart special printing film with protective laminate. UV, scratch, petrol, high pressure cleaner and chemical resistant. Even with tire abrasion sprayers and rockfall loading, the kit lasts several seasons.
Can I glue the helmet myself?
Yes! The stickers are equipped with air-release technology (bubble-free bonding). You only need isopropanol for cleaning and a doctor blade. Upon request, we provide a step-by-step guide.
Can the sticker be removed without residue?
Yes, with heat (dry dryer / hot air) the sticker can be carefully pulled off. You can remove any adhesive residues with isopropanol or adhesive remover. Unlike paint, you can change the design at any time.
What happens in a fall?
Unlike paint, a film does not splinter – it can be scratched or torn to the maximum. You can re-order damaged stickers individually without re-decorating the whole helmet.
Are the stickers FIA/series approved?
Film decors are common in karting worldwide and allowed in almost all series. However, we recommend that you briefly check the specifications of your racing series – especially with regard to mandatory stickers (sponsor patches, emergency numbers).
How long does the shipment take?
Standard production 5–7 working days after configuration release. Express on request. Shipping within Germany by DHL, also possible internationally.
What distinguishes the kit from a helmet finish?
The look is identical – the cost and flexibility are completely different. A helmet finish costs 400–1.200 € and you have to send in the helmet (3–8 weeks waiting time). Our sticker kit costs from 99 € , you get it home and can redesign it every season.
Can I have sponsor logos printed?
Absolutely! Upload logos directly to the configurator or send them to us as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-definition PNG info@sickstyle.de.
Is there a discount on several helmets?
Yes – from 2 helmets first percent, from 5 helmets attractive team discount, from 10 helmets up to 50 % savings. Ideal for kart teams, racing stables and clubs.
