Yes, your custom top cap usually comes with a matching countersunk screw so you can mount it immediately and the design fits perfectly flush.
Absolutely! We know things get rough on the trail. The print on the ahead cap is extremely durable, weatherproof, and UV-resistant. Mud, rain, or bike cleaner cannot harm your design.
Assembly takes just 2 minutes: Simply loosen the screw of your old top cap (Note: The stem screws on the side remain tightened!). Remove the old cap, put on your new custom top cap, and hand-tighten the screw again so that there is no more play in the headset. Done!
Yes. The top cap is used to adjust the bearing play of the headset. It is only tightened slightly (usually approx. 1.5 to 2 Nm) – just tight enough until the fork has no more play but can still be steered smoothly. Overtightening will damage it!

Since your custom cap is printed/manufactured specifically according to your specifications (colors, logos, texts), it is excluded from the regular right of withdrawal. However, if there is a production error, contact our support – we always find a fair solution!
