❓ Frequently asked questions
Which Ténéré variants and model years does the decal kit fit?
We produce a perfect fit for the Ténéré 700, World Raid, Rally Edition, Extreme and Explore from model year 2019 onward. Older XT1200Z Super Ténéré and XT660Z Ténéré are also possible upon request. Please specify the variant and model year in the form – ideally with a photo of the fairings.
Will the vinyl hold up to off-road use?
Yes. Our protective laminate (up to 300 µm) is designed for exactly that: stone chips, gravel, tank bag abrasion and boot contact on the tank shrouds. In a crash, the vinyl may tear – that’s normal and ideally still protects the paint underneath.
What about the World Raid’s dual tank?
No problem – we have contours for both tank layouts (classic and World Raid with the split 23-liter tank). Just specify the variant in your request.
How long will the decals last for touring/road use?
With correct application, they’ll last for years and multiple trips. UV-, rain-, fuel-, saltwater-, and cleaner-resistant. Temperature-resistant from −40 °C to +90 °C.
Can I apply it myself?
Yes – with isopropyl alcohol, a squeegee, and a bit of patience. The Ténéré’s large tank shrouds are relatively easy to apply. Warm curves with a hair dryer afterwards.
Will I get a draft beforehand?
Yes. You’ll receive a personal draft and can request changes. Nothing is printed without your approval.
Do you also make decal kits for other brands and adventure bikes?
Yes – we create kits for many other manufacturers (BMW R 1300 GS, KTM 890/1290 Adventure, Honda Africa Twin, Suzuki V-Strom, Triumph Tiger, and more). Each kit is an original design, not official manufacturer merchandise.
