How do I order a ready-made design?
Click a ready-made design above, choose Small Wheel or Big Wheel and the year in the configurator, add optional change requests and add to cart. You'll receive the final draft before printing.
Which years does the graphics kit fit?
We have cut templates for the KTM 85 SX from 1990 to present — from the first generation through all Small Wheel (17"/14") and Big Wheel (19"/16") versions to the current model range. Specify model, variant and year — we confirm fit individually before printing.
Does the film hold up in tough MX use?
Yes. We use a high-tear-resistant MX special laminate up to 300 µm. It withstands stone impacts, roost, boot abrasion and hard water pressure washing.
How long does the graphics kit last?
With normal hobby/race use several seasons (typ. 2–3 years). UV-resistant, fuel-resistant and compatible with common bike cleaners and pressure washing at a safe distance.
Can I apply it myself?
Yes — isopropanol, felt squeegee, heat gun, approx. 1–1.5 hours. Illustrated instructions included.
Will I receive a design draft first?
Yes, always and free — within 24–48 hours. Depending on package, 1–3 revision rounds are included. Only after your approval does the graphics kit go to print.
Instalment payment available?
Yes, via Klarna from €19/month. 0% on 3 instalments, up to 24 months optional.
Will the graphics damage the plastic bodywork?
No. The film adheres securely to ABS/PP plastic, covers factory-printed graphics and can be removed residue-free with some heat.
Delivery time?
5–7 working days from approval, DHL insured. Total: approx. 8–10 working days.
What is included in the complete kit?
Tank shrouds left/right, number plates front/left/right, fork guards, swingarm guard and optionally mudguards and rear section.
